Refund policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, BUT WE DO OFFER STORE CREDIT.
We know you will love our items. However, in case you need to return your purchase, you have 7 days from delivery of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, first contact us at shop@queenperusual.com before you send back your item. Items sent back to us without contacting us prior to will not be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny your return otherwise and the merchandise will be sent back to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if we accept the return or not. If approved, your store credit will be applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
